| Many of you may be familiar with East Coast, our products, services and our people, but for those of you who are not here are a few facts about East Coast: |

- A family owned and run business with a 30 year history of supplying to the furniture industry
- Over 100 employee's, many of whom have been with us for many years
- Based in rural Leicestershire with 90,000 sq. ft. of premises
- Achieved 30% growth over the past 2 years
- We supply around 1200 active customers each month, throughout the whole of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland
- Our customers comprise of fitters, manufacturer's, retailers, developers and contractors and range from self employed individual's through to national plc's
- Our products are sourced from a worldwide supply base
- In terms of our product portfolio, we offer:
- Over 3,600 door style and finish combinations
- 440 kitchen and bedroom carcass options, available in 20 stocked board finishes
- Over 900 stocked handles
- Over 350 stocked Blum and Blum related product lines
- Over 100 stocked storage solution products

Customer service At ECF we see our customer service offer as an extension of our product offer – something to be reviewed, developed and improved. Over the last few years our dedicated customer relations team have worked alongside all facets of our business in order to build upon the high levels of customer service we already aim to provide.
As a result of logging the issues and queries raised by our customers and reviewing them on a regular basis, we have been able to identify areas where we can make improvements. This pro-active approach has led to the implementation of many new initiatives and procedures, enhancing our service levels and providing further benefits to our customers. It is our aim on an ongoing basis to continuously review and improve our service to our customers. |

Delivery
Over 90% of our deliveries in the UK mainland are via our own fleet of vehicles, giving us the flexibility and control to ensure deliveries are on time and goods arrive undamaged. |

Sales & marketing
In order to assist customers who wish to produce their own literature, websites or advertisements, our extensive image library comprises of both high and low resolution images of all the products featured in the Component Portfolio. In addition, all the images of our door ranges as featured in the individual door brochures are also available. Images are available on request and are subject to conditions.

Design & quotation support
    
To further assist our customers all ECF components and doors are featured on the EQ Software and Smart quotation systems. In addition, the majority of ECF doors are included on ArtiCAD’s design software. |
