Dealing with Goods received in Error, Faulty or damaged

If within 7 days of your delivery you find that any products bought from East Coast Fittings have been delivered incorrectly or faulty/damaged you may return them within 28 days for exchange provided that the products are returned to us in their original condition including all wrapping and packaging.

3 Simple steps for returning your items to us:

• Have your delivery note ready as you will need your Delivery/Order Number
• Call our collections team on 01664 424288
• Follow the simple instructions given my our customer advisor. Don't worry we will confirm all your instructions via email or fax.

Unwanted Goods

If within 7 days of your delivery you find that you have over ordered/stocked with any stock items bought from East Coast Fittings you may return them within 28 days for exchange or refund provided that the products are returned to us in their original unopened and undamaged packaging.

Made to Measure and Special Order Items are non- returnable and are therefore not covered by this policy.

Credit note will be raised on inspection of the returned goods on condition that the following criteria have been met:

• Goods to be returned safely and securely wrapped in its original unopened and undamaged packaging
• Copy of the Collection & Returns note (supplied by ECF) is attached to the packaging
• Goods to be returned must exceed a value £25:00
• Goods must be returned to our depot, at your cost, within 21 days of authorisation

Please note:

• Our Territory Sales Managers are NOT permitted to accept goods for return
• Goods received back without authorisation will be refused
• A 30% restocking  and handling fee will apply and be deducted from the credit note issued
